Allen: If reelected, I will sponsor legislation to restore the Senior Fun Pass to Utah State Parks. I will also sponsor legislation to provide tax credits for renewable energy systems in Utah including tax credits for the installation of wind energy turbines.
Several companies are considering some large wind farms in Utah. Alternate energy sources help provide energy stability.
Clean energy needs to be encouraged.
I will also sponsor a bill to alter the property tax formula for public education to improve funding stability.
