Rosie is the daughter of Larry and Valeen Barber. She graduated from Viewmont High School in Bountiful and has attended Utah Valley State College.
Terry is the son of Dwight and Maryanne Williams. He graduated from Payson High School and served in the Canada Halifax Mission.
Following a honeymoon to Catalina Island, the couple will make their home in Alpine, Utah.
