Post Offices to stay open late

BOUNTIFUL -- Post offices in Bountiful and Layton will remain open late Monday, April 17, to accommodate last minute income tax filers. The two post offices will provide retail services and collections until midnight that day. They are among the 27 Utah post offices that will remain open that night. Those who mail late in the day April 17 should take their tax returns to collection boxes located directly outside post offices with the extended hours. The Bountiful Post Office is at 20 S. Main and Layton's is at 1123 N. Fairfield. Other area post offices that will be open late include Ogden Main, and Salt Lake Downtown, Main and Airport. Automated postal centers are also available at most postal stations.
