Hearing set on transportation

SALT LAKE CITY --The U.S. Department of Transpor-tation is asking the input of Davis County residents on the metropolitan planning process conducted by the Wasatch Front Regional Council. To gather that input the department is holding an open house on June 14, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the Salt Lake City Public Library, 210 E. 400 South, on the fourth floor. The WFRC is the metropolitan planning organization, which serves as the forum for transportation decisions in Davis, Salt Lake, Weber, Morgan and Tooele counties.
