Police offer Internet safety class

LAYTON -- Police here will provide a free Internet safety class on Wednesday, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Layton Police Department, 429 N. Wasatch Drive.

The class, taught by experienced investigators, will look at the increased popularity of social networking sites and the risks associated with providing too much personal information over the Internet.

This class has been taught upon request several times in the past.
