Together Again



Relda Groves Flesher "Nana" passed away surrounded by the love of her family on Aug. 26, 2007, to return to the love of her life, her husband, Frank Lynn Flesher.

Relda was born May 1, 1931, to Ernest and Ethelyne Groves in Bountiful, Utah. On Aug. 14, 1948, she married her high school sweetheart. Relda and Frank lived in Bountiful where they raised two daughters, Lynda and Debbie.

Relda had a love for children that was ex-pressed in her work and her personal life. She worked for the school lunch program and retired from the nursery at Lakeview Hospital.

Relda was wonderful at making everyone feel special, and had great personal relationships with her brother, sisters, children, nieces, nephews, and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren who lovingly called her Nana. When you were with her, you were special.

Relda loved to cook delicious food. Her gardening skills were evident in her beautiful yard. She also loved her dog Heidi, who as us, misses her dearly.

Relda is preceded in death by her parents, infant brother, brothers Eugene Groves and Kenneth Groves, her grandson Stephen Cottle, and her husband. Survived by sisters Lorene Mathews, Elaine Ford Simmons, daughters, Lynda Randall and Dabbie Cottle, 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2007, at 2 p.m .at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main Street. Family and friends called Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday one hour prior to the services at the mortuary. Interment will be at the Bountiful City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Primary Children's Hospital in the name of Stephen Cottle.
