SYRACUSE -- With Syracuse continuing to be among the state's fastest growing communities, city leaders want to get public input on myriad related issues. An open house is set for Tuesday, March 8, 6-7 p.m. at city hall. The mayor and city manager will be among city officials in attendance. Such issues as safety, schools and available services will be among items that can be discussed. Residents will be able to turn in surveys distributed to city residents by students from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management.
The school is assisting in researching growth patterns and strategies used by other cities of similar size.
