BOUNTIFUL -- If your budding Picassos have used up all the display room on your fridge, a solution that still encourages your children's efforts and doesn't break the budget is a class called "Framing Children's Art," at the Lamplight Art Gallery in Bountiful on July 14 from 6-9 p.m. On Saturday, July 29, these mini demonstrations will repeat from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Participants are invited to bring in examples of their children's art for advice. July's featured artist and teacher is Barbara Glick. The class will cover cropping, grouping of mats and frames and how to find inexpensive materials while still respecting basic concepts. Picnic art and picnic food will invite the public into the open house. Registration is not necessary.
