"Bob provides our company with proven skills and experience in corporate governance, strategic planning and administrative management," said Kelvyn H. Cullimore Jr., company president.
"He has served Dynatronics for more than 18 years in a variety of capacities. Not only has he been in charge of investor relations, he has also managed the company's information technology and human resources departments.
"Plus, he oversees product liability litigation and intellectual property matters. Bob's strengths also include the financial analysis of potential acquisitions and banking negotiations.
"For the past 15 years, Bob has been an important asset to Dynatronics, serving on the company's executive management team and participating in board meetings."
Cardon received a bachelor of arts degree in 1987 and an MBA degree in 1990--both from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
Dynatronics manufactures, markets and distributes ad-vanced-technology medical de-vices, orthopedic soft goods and supplies, treatment tables, rehabilitation equipment for physical therapy, sports medicine and other related products.
