BOUNTIFUL -- Bountiful/Davis Arts Center's annual Holiday Show & Sale opens Friday, Nov. 17, with a public reception 7-9 p.m. that features art, food and entertainment. BDAC members, guests and participating artists are invited to a "First Look" preview of the exhibition beginning at 6 p.m. The event will run through Dec. 23.

"A seasonal favorite since 1974, this year's Annual Holiday Show & Sale features the works of Utah's most creative artists and craftsmen. More than 100 artists will be represented and the variety and selection will be endless", says Arley G. Curtz, BDAC director.

"This is a wonderful opportunity", says Curtz, "to find that special gift -- an original work of art".

The galleries will be filled to overflowing with oil paintings, pastels, photography, watercolors, ceramics and jewelry, all priced under $500 and as low as $50.

BDAC members will receive a 10 percent discount on purchases. Proceeds from the sale will benefit Utah artists and the art center.
