WEST BOUNTIFUL -- Development of the new Costco membership warehouse at West Bountiful Commons is now well into the company's "100 Day" construction schedule. That period actually began July 25. West Bountiful city engineer Bill Flanders issued the update to members of the city council Tuesday night, Aug. 3, as part of his scheduled report.

"Right now, a special party for dignitaries is scheduled for Nov. 21," said Flanders, "with the official opening to follow on Nov. 22." Flanders also noted that Cafe Rio has scheduled ribbon-cutting ceremonies at its new restaurant in the Gateway shopping center for noon on Aug. 16. The official grand opening is slated for Aug. 17.
