Bountiful City's new Water Department facility recently opened, celebrating with an open house earlier this week. Numerous residents attended the event and were able to tour the 21,000-square-foot facility, which includes a welcoming administrative area, a modern conference room, inventory room and garages large enough to house 20 vehicles.
