I agree completely with LaVance Nelson's letter about the citywide recycling bins they want to impose on us. I too store my newspapers and other recycling items in our garage and then drop it off at the recycling center or, the newspapers, at the Catholic School parking lot when I'm in that area. No extra trip for that. I object to being forced an extra $10 a month to pay for that!
