CENTERVILLE -- Three businesses recently opened their doors in a new building in Centerville. The Franklin Group, LLC, Mountain View Title and Escrow Company, and Old Providence Mortgage Company are now located at 35 West 50 South, suites 100, 110, and 120 respectively. "We began our business with five agents, three of whom were owners," said Brent Gudgell, principal broker and partial owner, next to Brent Checketts, for the Franklin Group. "We've now grown to approximately 30 agents." Mountain View Title and Escrow Company is managed by Ryan Checketts. He has nine years of experience as a realtor.

"I understand how difficult it is to work and assist customers," he said. "I'm going to emphasize service and communication to all parties involved in real estate."

Old Providence Mortgage has only been around since 2007, but founder/owner Nelson Barss said old-fashioned service will be the best approach for success.

"We stress provident living, staying out of debt as much as possible," he said. "We want our consumers to make sound decisions when purchasing or refinancing home."
