Davis County Senior Services is excited to announce a new service provided to our seniors. Dr. Susan Agres, DPM, will be providing monthly foot care clinics at each of our three senior activity centers. Her services will include a complete foot assessment, toenail trimming, treatment for corns/calluses, diabetic foot care/shoe dispensing, among others. Appointments take approximately 30 minutes for new clients and shorter times for returning clients. Medicare will be billed for the services.

What is Podiatric Medicine?

Podiatric Medicine is the profession devoted to the study of preventing, diagnosing, and treating conditions associated with the foot and ankle. Doctors of Podiatric Medicine are physicians and surgeons who practice on the lower extremities, primarily on feet and ankles.

What can a Podiatrist do for me?

It is a proven fact that about 75% of Americans will experience foot or ankle conditions. When you are experiencing these conditions you should see a podiatrist, they specialize in these areas. There are several conditions you can experience – many can be treated.
