State Rep. Paul Neuenschwander addresses precinct members at Tuesday night's District 20 Republican caucus meeting. Candidate Becky Edwards, right, hopes to take the party's nomination from incumbent Neuenschwander. An estimate 10,000-11,000 residents of Davis County attended Republican and Democratic party caucuses. Delegates and officers were chosen to attend county and state conventions where candidates will be chosen. District 20 had one of the largest turnouts with 600 attending.
