Almost every time I go to the Bountiful Post Office my blood pressure rises. I stand in line only to go to one window, sometimes two.
There are five windows, if you consider the passport window and the self-help counter.
And I never see anyone at the self-help counter and rarely someone at the passport window or the third window at the main counter.
What a shame to stand in a long line every time I go to the post office, when service could be so much better with more postal workers.
And when I do get to the window, the attitude of helping could improve; perhaps they are over worked and wish there were more workers to help lighten the load.
Bottom line: Why are there not more workers to assist patrons?
