The silent auction was a success, as the ticket sales increased by 40 percent and profits raised 25 percent over last year.
The auction was held to benefit the "Side by Side Organic Farm and Communal Kitchen Project" and the 2007 dance concert "Food for Thought."
The Dance Department thanks the local businesses that donated items, the Brady family for the dinner they provided, the Viewmont Jazz Band who provided the background music and the many patrons who attended the auction.
