County schools nominated for musicals

DAVIS COUNTY— It’s never too early to recognize talent.

Students from three Davis County high schools were among those nominated for the second annual Utah High School Musical Theatre Awards, with an awards ceremony planned for March 31 at Utah State University. Bountiful High School’s “Oklahoma!” received a whopping nine nominations, while Legacy Preparatory Academy’s “Wonderful Town” received two. Clearfield High’s “Beauty and the Beast” received four.
