CENTERVILLE – For these guys, not knowing their lines is the entire point.

The Improvables, Davis County’s only active improv comedy troupe, performs every Friday night at 10 p.m. in the black box theater at the Davis Center for Performing Arts. Like all improv troupes, the group uses suggestions from the audience to create fresh comedy skits for every show.

“You never know what the audiences is going to suggest or what you’re going to come up with,” said Jonathan Plowman, a member of the group. “Part of the appeal is that it’s a whole new experience every time.”
