BOUNTIFUL — Bountiful Food Pantry volunteer Cass Carroll has received the Silver Bowl Award for Davis County. She was honored recently at the Utah Volunteer Center Association luncheon in Provo.

An award was given to one individual from each of Utah’s 29 counties by Lt. Governor Greg Bell in recognition of their excellent volunteer service. Carroll was selected by the United Way of Salt Lake, Tooele and Davis Counties Volunteer Center.

Carroll has been volunteering at the Bountiful Community Food Pantry for over two years. She is at the pantry every weekday for at least four hours, plus many evenings.
