“With the veterans, of course we want to help the people who protected, and served us,” said Daneen Adams of the Family Connection Center.
She is a member of the Davis County Homelessness Coordinating Council, which met Tuesday to further cement plans.
“It’s not necessarily the homeless but those who need assistance (vets) in housing, employment, health and other kinds of assistance,” said Greg Johnson, who provides staff support for the council. He is the county’s grants coordinator.
