WOODS CROSS — Woods Cross football standout Sean Barton has the chance to be part of one of the biggest high school games in the country.

In late April, Barton received a letter from the All American Games (AAG) nominating him as one of 400 possible choices to play in the 2013 U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

The game itself will be televised on Saturday, Jan. 5 in the annual East vs. West matchup. The game will be broadcast live on NBC at 11 a.m. locally.

“The U.S. Army All-American Bowl provides the national platform for young athletes to showcase their talent and strength,” said Bruce Jasards, Chief Marketing Officer. “This nomination recognizes the mental, physical and emotional strengths and leadership qualities Barton possesses both on and off the field.”
