The Publishing Services Department of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be filming more scenes for the New Testament project that was begun last year. These video productions will help all people better understand the life and ministry of Jesus Christ and will be used for Church Educational System Curriculum, missionary efforts, visitors' center exhibits, online Mormon Messages and many other projects.
As part of this, the Church's Publishing Services Department is currently casting background players for the New Testament film project, which is being filmed in July and August. The project is seeking adult men of all ages who have the appearance of the inhabitants of Jerusalem and the surrounding areas; specifically those who may appear Middle Eastern, Semitic and Mediterranean. Men need to be able to grow a beard. All positions are paid for those eligible to work in the United States.
The casting office will be conducting screenings for potential extras on July 26 from 4-9 p.m. at the LDS Meetinghouse located at 2050 Main Street, Bountiful.
Please sign up for a screening time at ldscasting.schedulething.com
