OGDEN — Students from Clearfield, Layton, Northridge and Syracuse high schools have been qualified to participate in the Skills/Hands-On contest. Students have been selected by their teacher to compete for a set of tools, one-year tuition-wavier scholarship to Weber State University and the chance for their school to win a late model car.
