Courtney Jill Poulsen and Koy James Pruitt will be married October 5, 2012 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. A reception will be held at the Utah Botanical Center in Kaysville, that evening from 6 to 8 p.m.

Courtney is the daughter of Dale and Laura Poulsen of West Bountiful. She graduated from Dixie State College with a B.S. degree in public relations and is currently employed with City Creek Center Management.

Koy is the son of Steve and Karen Hurd of Garland. He will graduate from the University of Utah with a B.S. degree in exercise and sport science and is currently employed with the Utah Jazz.

Following a honeymoon cruise to the Mexican Riviera, the couple will make their home in downtown Salt Lake City.
