Davis dems to hold candidate breakfast

KAYSVILLE — The Davis County Democratic Party is hosting an opportunity to meet political candidates on Saturday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at Granny Annie’s Restaurant at 286 n. 433 West.

Attorney General candidate Dee Smith, a democrat, will be at the breakfast event. He is running against Republican John Swallow and Libertarian Andrew McCulough.

Other candidates who may appear include Brad Asay, D-Clinton, who is running against Paul Ray, R-Clearfield in state house district 13 and Don Donahue, D-North Salt Lake, who is running against Becky Edwards, R-North Salt Lake in Utah house district 20.
