BOUNTIFUL — Viewmont is going strong and is about to finish up third term. We just had our happiness Week, a week where Viewmont gives back to its students for all the help and support they give the school.

There were themed dress-up days, games and free prizes given away all week long. We would like to thank all the local businesses that donated the free gift certificates and prizes.

Viewmont has many events going on throughout the school this March. The musical this year is “Aida,” and it runs March 6-10 and 12-14 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for students.

There are also elections for 2009-10 Student Body Officers.

Our next school dance is Morp, and the theme is “Saturday Night Fever!” It is on March 28 in Viewmont’s gym, which will be decorated like a ’70s disco party.
