Police asking help in finding suspect in theft

WOODS CROSS — Woods Cross Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the the thieve who stole from Croft Power Equipment, 530 W. 1500 South on Sept. 28 at 3:36 p.m.

Woods Cross Police Chief Greg Butler said the man allegedly took the $300 edger he is holding in the surveillance photo. He is described as a white male in his 30s, wearing a gray t-shirt, jeans and a red, white and blue NASCAR hat.

The man left in an older, white Dodge pick-up truck.

Anyone who knows the identity of the suspect is asked to call investigators at 801-292-4422.
