KAYSVILLE — The Kaysville City Council will hold a special hearing on Tuesday, Nov. 20 at 6:30 p.m. to consider revoking the business license of Victor's Smoke Shop, 215 W. 200 North, and close the business.

The meeting is open to the public and will be held in the council chambers of Kaysville City Hall, 23 E. Center Street. Council members will make a determination on the fate of the shop Tuesday evening following the hearing, Kaysville City Manager John Thacker said.

The shop has been closed to business since Davis Metro Narcotics Strike Force officers arrested its owner and two other people earlier this month for allegedly distributing spice through the Kaysville store and VIP Smokes and Hookah in South Jordan. Investigators allegedly seized more than 27 pounds of spice in the raid.
