Betty Tucker is celebrating her 90th birthday. Family and friends are invited to an open house on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at the Ridgewood Club House, 1374 Ridgewood Lane, Bountiful, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Betty was born Dec. 6, 1922 to Glenburn and Mary Leona Jensen. She grew up in Salt Lake City and has lived in Davis County most of her adult life. She has been married to Cleon Tucker for 71 years and they are the parents of seven, grandparents of 31 and great-grandparents of 71. She is an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and has served in many positions throughout her life. She served a mission with her husband in the Philippines Manila Mission. She enjoys knitting, crocheting, scrapbooking and making candy. She has always been a great example of service and love.
