SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Department of Air Quality is holding a public hearing on Thursday, Jan. 3 at 6 p.m. regarding Holly Refinery's request to increase its processing capacity and modernize its facility.
The meeting will be held in the Multi-Agency State Office Building, 195 N. 1950 West.
The refinery is proposing to increase its processing capacity from 31,000 barrels per day to 60,000 barrels.
