FARMINGTON — A two-day trial has been set for a 61-year-old Woods Cross man accused of sex abuse of a child.
William Roger Vodopich was in 2nd District Court Tuesday, where a trial was set for May 22 and 23.
Vodopich is charged with first-degree felony sodomy, one count of assault and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Vodopich is accused of providing alcohol to two teenage boys and sexually abusing one of them, according to a probable cause statement.
He pleaded not guilty on Nov. 13.
He remains in the Davis County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
