FARMINGTON — Another hearing was set for March 26 for accused murderer Shannon Ryan Sander, after her attorney said a transcript of the September preliminary hearing has yet to be completed.
Mark Arrington, Sander’s attorney had requested the transcript in November, after his client entered her not guilty plea. However, on Tuesday, Arrington told 2nd District Judge David Conners that transcript has not been completed.
Sander, 44, is charged with first-degree felony murder for the stabbing death of Michael Dunn, 52, on Feb. 21, 2012.
Sander is being held in the Davis County Jail on no bail.
