CENTERVILLE — An 18-year-old Layton woman died in an accident on I-15 north of Parrish Lane Monday night.
The accident occurred at 8:19 p.m. as police were still on the scene of a officer-involved shooting in Kaysville and northbound traffic was backed up into the Centerville area.
