FARMINGTON — Robert Santos Cruz entered a not guilty plea to charges of burglary and criminal mischief last week in 2nd District Court.
Cruz, 47, is the man identified as the person who allegedly stood in the doorway of Clare B. Niederhauser’s home on Jan. 31, holding a pry-bar and later ran to the backyard, where Niederhauser fired a handgun.
A pre-trial conference for Cruz has been set for March 7.
