FARMINGTON — Charges have been filed in 2nd District Court against Steven Dale Green on charges he allegedly sexually abused a girl who was on his soccer team for three years.
Green, 41, of Bountiful, faces 14 first-degree felony counts, including rape and aggravated sex abuse of a child.
A probable cause statement said that Green allegedly started having sex with a 13-year-old soccer player on his team in 2008.
The sexual abuse allegedly continued until 2011. Most of the incidents occurred at Green’s home. He was allegedly a friend of the girl’s family.
