Caregiver classes set by county

CLEARFIELD — The Davis County Health Department is offering a six-week series of classes for those caring for family members who are older or frail.

Classes will cover such topics as Caregiver Burnout, chair-friendly exercises and advanced directives.

They begin on Thursday, March 21 at the Legacy House of Bountiful, 79 E. Center Street at 10  a.m. and will continue each Thursday through April 25. Light refreshments will be provided.

Attendees are asked to RSVP by Monday at noon.
