Pirate party for families set for Monday

FARMINGTON — Station Park is kicking off its summer fun program for families Neverland style on Monday, May 6 Radio Disney and Macaroni Kid.

The “Jake and The Neverland Pirate Party” will include free face painting, a caricature artist, MadScience—Pirate Slime, story telling, Johnny Rocket’s Ketchup art, games, discounts and giveaways, according to a press release from Station Park. It begins at 5:30 p.m. and lasts until 7. The party will take place near the playground and fountain at about 850 West Clark Lane.

The Family First Monday series, of which this event is the first, will take place on the first Monday of each month through October, according to the release.
