Surrounded by her parents, Gary and Lois Uresk, Carissa Uresk holds a plaque presented to her by the Kaysville City Council. Carissa was named Youth Citizen of the Year for her dedicated service to the city as president of the Kaysville Youth Court. “She has given hundreds of hours of service over the past two years and served with dedication and intelligence,” said Councilmember Mark Johnson. A member of Davis High’s debate team and an honor roll student, Carissa plans a career in law, said Johnson.
