CENTERVILLE — The Episcopal Church of the Resurrection and the Bountiful Soroptimist Club are asking for donations from the community for their upcoming “Junque” sale.

The sale, scheduled Friday June 7 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.  and Saturday June 8 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., will be held at the church, 1131 S. Main, Centerville.

As in years past, there will be used furniture, clothing, rugs and household items with whole sections of the sale devoted to heirloom costume jewelry and antiques, organizers said. There will also be baked goods, ice cream and drinks available for sale.

All proceeds of the sale will be for the benefit of local charities such as the Bountiful Community Food Pantry, Children’s Justice Center, Literacy Action, women’s scholarships, Safe Harbor Crisis Center, as well as national and international funds that benefit women and children.

Those with items to donate may drop them at the church,  Monday June 3 through Thursday, June 6.

For pick up of large items call 801-295-1360 or 801-295-7814.
