CLEARFIELD — For the fourth year in a row, the Clearfield High School Air Force Junior ROTC Markmanship team qualified for the National Junior Olympics.

In April, they won the Utah State Jr. Olympic Qualifier, resulting in an invitation to the National Junior Olympics in Anniston, Ala. in July.

In addition, the team was invited to be one of 14 teams from around the nation to participate in the 2013 National Air Rifle Championship this summer, according to a press release.

The invitation was made to teams from the National Rifle Association, the Civilian Marksmanship Program and USA Shooting.

Kit Workman directs the Clearfield program.
