OGDEN — The rosters for the 69th annual All-Star Baseball Games at Lindquist Field have been released.

A number of familiar faces will take the field one last time as high school baseball players.

Of the players chosen to play in Friday night’s “Futures” game are six Davis County players, three from south Davis County schools.

Isaac Evans, who pitched and played first base for Viewmont under coach Kyle Farnesworth’s last season, is the only Viking to take part in the initial game.

Bountiful’s Ryan Curtis and Tanner Redding, both outfielders, are also on the squad, and will play alongside Northridge’s Robbie Vernon and Layton’s Caleb Harrop and Quentin Marcelin for the North team.

Saturday’s 5A Seniors game will see a trio of south Davis County baseball players:

Viewmont’s Parker Taggart and Davis’ Bronson Larsen and Zac Fuller will play on the North team with Syracuse’s Jayden Bearnson and Jason Jourdan, Northridge’s Davy Adams, and Layton’s Logan Greenhalgh, Dexter Paiz and Jaden Trujillo.

Greenhalgh, Paiz and Trujillo were on the Lancer’s team that went to the finals of the 5A state playoffs.

The North All-Stars team will be coached by Syracuse High School’s Jeff Bearnson.

The final All-Star game of the series, the 4A game, will have five Bountiful and Woods Cross players on the bench for the North team. Region 6 as a whole will have seven players.

Clearfield’s Cameron Facer and Clay Holcombe will join the Braves and Wildcats.

Representing the Region 6 champion Wildcats are Brady Cowley, Josh Hunt and Quentin Foutz.

Bountiful’s Zac Muir and Ricky Medrano will join them.

The Future’s Game will be played Friday, June 7 at 8 p.m. The 5A Senior’s game will start at 3:30 p.m. and the 4A game will be played at 7 p.m.
