KAYSVILLE – Stories about the founding of America will be shared with children in grades kindergarten through six at this year’s Davis County Patriot Camp.

Participants will have the chance to hear from actors representing Christopher Columbus, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin. Crafts, games and treats are also part of the five-day camp, which costs $35 per child. A $10 discount is offered if a parent volunteers.

The camp runs July 8 to 12 in Barnes Park in Kaysville. The drop off and pick-up for the camp is at Pavilion #2. Activities start at 9:30 a.m. and end at noon.
