KAYSVILLE - Police are asking for the public's help in locating a man who held up a Kaysville credit union Saturday afternoon.

The robber entered the Golden West Credit Union at 131 W.200 North, shortly after 1 p.m., according to Kaysville Police Lt. Kenton Pies.

He handed the teller a note demanding money and was given an undisclosed amount of cash. He then left the credit union on foot.

He is described as a light-skin male in his late 20s or early 30s, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, between 180 and 190 pounds. He was wearing glasses, a gray knit baseball cap, blue jeans and a black zip-up hoodie with a gray lining.

Pies said police canvassed the area near the credit union but could not determine if the robber had a car parked nearby. No one was injured in the robbery.

Anyone with information is asked to call Kaysville Police at 801-546-1131.
