BOUNTIFUL – Cross of Christ Lutheran Church will explore what Lutherans believe, what grace means and how Jesus Christ is the center of salvation during a series of classes beginning Friday, March 28, through June 20 at 7 p.m.

The Rev. Jason Krause, pastor of the congregation, is offering the class that will cover Biblical basics and foundational Christian beliefs with a distinctly Lutheran approach, he said in a press release.

The two-hour class will be held weekly for 12 weeks, except April 18, at the church, 1840 S. 75 East, in Bountiful. It will explore biblical teaching in a setting where participants can freely ask questions, with no personal commitment except their time.

“The class is open to anyone interested in learning the what and why of the Lutheran faith,” Krause said. All materials will be provided. Seating is limited.
