KAYSVILLE - “Employing and Retaining Individuals with Disabilities” is the topic of a seminar to be held May 13.

It will take place 7:30-9 a.m. at the Northfront Business Resource Center at the Davis Applied Technology College campus in Kaysville.

Attendees will learn about the American with Disabilities Act, tax credits and incentives for hiring individuals with disabilities, online resources, assistive technology and other employer benefits, a press release said.

Leah Lobato, director of the Governor’s Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities and Sharon Cook, business relations specialist, Utah State Office of Rehabilitation Services, will be the presenters.
