Dear Editor,

The Feds (BLM, etc.) are, again, flexing their muscles in trying to control federal (?) lands within state borders in Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma and elsewhere, as recently mentioned in the news media.

These actions will not stop until some group or someone stands up to the Feds, who, actually have no rights to lands within states, except as described in Art. I, Sec. 8, par 17 of the U.S. Constitution where it gives no rights to the Feds to control state lands other than Washington, D.C. and military sites “purchased by the consent of the legislature of the state”.

We, the People, need to band together and fight these federal unconstitutional acts!

Sincerely,

Don Olson
