Diabetes, arthritis, hypertension, lung disease...Chronic conditions like these make life unmanageable for millions of older adults – and force them to give up their independence too soon. It’s time to put life back into life.

Consider a Living Well with Chronic Conditions workshop. Living Well is a six-week workshop that teaches real-life skills for living a full, healthy life with a chronic condition.

Workshops start:

• Tuesday, May 6, 9:30 a.m., at North Davis Senior Activity Center, 42 S. State St., Clearfield

• Wednesday, May 7, 10 a.m., at Davis Hospital Medical Plaza, 1580 W. Antelope Dr., Classroom #100D, Layton

• Thursday, May 8, 1 p.m., at Davis Behavioral Health’s Journey House, 2250 N. 1700 West, Building C, Layton

• Friday, May 23, 2:30 p.m., at Autumn Glow Senior Activity Center, 81 E. Center St., Kaysville

To register call Jessica Hardcastle at 801-525-5087.  Workshops are sponsored by the Davis County Health Department.
