Robert and Sheila Huntington will celebrate their wedding anniversary of 60 years May 14. They were married on that day in 1954 in the Salt Lake Temple.

Both, active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, were happy to serve in many leadership positions. They served a mission to Alabama Birmingham during 1998-2000 and recently 18 years as Bountiful Temple ordinance workers. Bob retired with the rank of captain from the Salt Lake Fire Department in 1985. They loved trailer traveling with their seven children through the years: Laurie (Lance), Jill (Randy), Kerry (Marilyn), Michael (Sallie), Mark (LuAnne), Lisa (Russ) and Brooke (Paul). They are proud of 33 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren (three more babies this summer).

The family will celebrate May 13 with a Bountiful Temple session and a dinner to follow.
